Getting in.
Head to app.algoma.co/signup and enter your email. We'll send a verification link. Click it and you're in — no credit card required for the trial.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, request a new one from the sign-in screen. If your company uses an email allow-list, ask IT to whitelist algoma.co. Still stuck? Email help@algoma.co.
Click Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a reset link that's valid for 24 hours.
Not yet. SSO is on our roadmap for Enterprise customers but isn't available today. If SSO is a hard requirement for your organization, email seyf@algoma.co and we'll let you know when it ships.
Email help@algoma.co from the address on file. We'll confirm the request and permanently delete your account and analyses within 30 days.

Plans, payments, refunds.
Four tiers: Basic (free forever — parcel info on any US address), Standard ($99/seat/mo annual or $124 monthly — core feasibility toolkit), Pro ($199/seat/mo annual or $249 monthly — adds market intelligence, site search, rent comps, and owner contact info), and Enterprise (custom — adds project delivery, dedicated support, and SSO). Sign up with your work email — no credit card required. You'll get full access to evaluate Algoma on your own sites. Switch to a paid plan whenever you're ready, or stay on the Basic plan, which is free forever and includes parcel information on any US address.
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Annual plans can be switched to monthly at the next renewal. Email help@algoma.co if you'd like help choosing the right plan.
Standard and Pro are priced per seat — add or remove anytime by emailing help@algoma.co. New seats are pro-rated for the current period. Removed seats stop billing at the next renewal. For teams of 5+, contact us about Enterprise pricing for volume discounts.
No long-term contracts and no cancellation fees on any plan. For specific refund requests, email help@algoma.co and we'll work with you directly.
Email help@algoma.co with your account email and we'll send invoices for any period you need. A self-serve billing portal is in development.

Email help@algoma.co with the details. For bugs, a screenshot or screen recording helps us reproduce the issue quickly. We read every feature request and use them to prioritize what we build next.
Enterprise customers can request custom GIS layers — opportunity zones, school districts, flood plains, utility easements, etc. Most go live in your account within 48 hours. Contact your account manager.

Privacy & data
Your information.
We retain the property addresses you analyze and the parameters you set in order to render your reports and improve our models. We don't sell your data, and your individual analyses are visible only to you and your team.
No. Your account, projects, and analyses are private to you and the team members you invite. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may inform product improvements.
