Everything you need to know about Algoma, from how the platform works to data sources, pricing, and security.

Platform & Features

How Algoma works and what you can do with it.

Algoma is an AI-native development intelligence platform for real estate developers. Enter any US address and get a complete feasibility overview — zoning analysis, auto-generated site plans, market comps, demographic data, AI renderings, and investor-ready exports — in under 60 seconds.
Our AI reads and interprets the actual municipal zoning code for each jurisdiction. Ask any zoning question in plain English and get cited answers pulled directly from the source code — not a summary, the actual regulation with section references. The system covers thousands of jurisdictions across all 50 states.
Site capacity auto-generates site plans for both single-family and multifamily developments based on a parcel's zoning constraints, setbacks, and geometry. It produces the yield study that an architect would typically take weeks to deliver — in seconds. Outputs include lot counts, unit mix, and buildable area.
Yes. Algoma exports investor-ready PDF reports, CAD files for site plans, AI-generated renderings, and zoning summaries. Everything is presentation-ready — share directly with partners, lenders, or internal teams without additional formatting.
Site search lets you find development-ready parcels across all 50 states. Search by address, apply 20+ GIS filters (zoning, acreage, flood zone, opportunity zones, and more), or draw a custom boundary on the map. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Algoma generates photorealistic renderings of potential developments directly from site and zoning data. These are presentation-quality images you can include in pitch decks, investor packages, or community presentations — without hiring a rendering artist.
Market intelligence includes rent comps, demographic data, supply pipeline analysis, and submarket insights — all in a single view. Filter by proximity, recency, asset type, and unit size to build a complete market picture for any site.

Data & Coverage

Where our data comes from and what we cover.

Algoma provides feasibility intelligence for all 50 US states. Parcel data, zoning analysis, GIS layers, and site capacity are available nationwide. Market intelligence and rent comps coverage continues to expand across metro and secondary markets.
Zoning data is sourced directly from municipal zoning codes and ordinances. Our AI reads the actual regulatory documents for each jurisdiction. Every zoning answer includes citations to the specific code section so you can verify independently.
Data freshness varies by source. Parcel and GIS data are updated regularly from county and state records. Zoning codes are refreshed as jurisdictions publish updates. Market comps reflect the most recent available transaction and listing data. Enterprise customers can request custom GIS layers with 48-hour turnaround.
Algoma includes 20+ GIS layers covering flood zones, opportunity zones, wetlands, environmental constraints, school districts, transit proximity, and more. Layers can be toggled on the map and used as filters in site search. Enterprise customers can request additional custom layers.
Site capacity generates layouts based on parcel geometry, zoning constraints, and setback requirements. It provides a strong feasibility-stage estimate that helps you decide whether to pursue a site — similar to what an architect would produce in a preliminary yield study. Final site plans should always be validated by licensed professionals as part of due diligence.

Security & Privacy

How we protect your data and your projects.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your project data, saved sites, and reports are private to your account and never shared with other users or third parties. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
No. Your searches, saved sites, and project data are completely private to your account. On Enterprise plans with team features, project sharing is controlled by your organization's administrators.
