Take a platform tour.

A quick orientation to every section of Algoma so you know where things live. This isn't a step-by-step workflow — it's a map of the territory. Once you've run your first analysis, this is the fastest way to figure out what else is here.

The major sections

Here's what lives where. Each section below corresponds to a tab in the platform's left rail or a major area in the navigation.

Home

The starting point. The home view gives you three paths into the platform:

  • Analyze — search a specific address and run a full property analysis
  • Explore — click around the map to scan parcels and start a study from anything that catches your eye
  • Discover — browse using advanced filters and criteria to surface sites that match your strategy

The right sidebar shows your recent studies — click any one to jump back in. The top nav has Your Studies (full library) and Projects (deal-level workspaces) for everything else.

Property reports

Open after you analyze any address. The top nav breaks the report into focused tabs:

  • Site — Summary, Mapping, Zoning, Capacity
  • Market — Permits (live building permit activity around the site), Economics, Housing, Population
  • Comps — Map, Table, Charts, and Cards (different views of the same comparable set)
  • Connect — request additional architectural support from the Algoma team
  • Export — generate the PDF or CAD output when you're done

The right sidebar surfaces Key Insights (an AI summary), Summary, Building & Lot, Ownership (with skip tracing for owner contact info), Sales, Administrative, and Site Risks (FEMA flood zones).

Projects

A deal-level workspace where individual analyses graduate to active deals. Attach multiple scenarios and track the deal as it progresses. Project setup is currently managed by your account manager — self-serve project sharing is in development.

Account & team

Click your avatar in the top-right corner. Settings here cover billing, plan changes, branding (for export documents), and SSO configuration on the Enterprise plan. For team seat management, see Invite your team.

Stuck on something specific? The chat assistant in the bottom-right of the platform can answer detailed product questions and even take actions for you.
